Looking back, a children’s cookbook was the clear book fair selection for this 6-year old culinary wiz. Roll forward a couple decades and you’ll find Executive Chef, Lindsay Ritter staking claim of Andy B’s food and beverage service. With a degree from Le Cordon Bleu and 15+ years in the foodservice and hospitality industry, Lindsay has quickly solidified her culinary approach by falling back on her scratch-made roots as the inspiration for her craft. While her bowling game may come up short, she compensates with some serious chops in the kitchen.
